Arrival in Arusha Town

• Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport, our professional Tour Guide will pick you up and drive you to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 1: Arusha National Park

• After breakfast, meet our Professional Guide at your hotel for a short safari briefing. Then depart for Arusha National Park, known for its diverse vegetation including swamps, grasslands, and the tropical rainforests of Mount Meru.
• Accompanied by a ranger, explore the rainforest up to a sparkling waterfall where you can spot black and white colobus monkeys.
• Enjoy a picnic lunch and a game drive through the park, including the Momella Lakes and Ngurdoto Crater, with chances to spot buffalo, waterbuck, giraffe, warthogs, zebra, and various bird species.

Day 2: Arusha to Tarangire National Park

• After breakfast at the lodge, depart for Tarangire National Park, known for its large migratory movement and the Tarangire River.
• The park features acacia woodland, giant African baobab trees, and swamp areas. It houses over 500 bird species and rare animals such as the Greater Kudu, fringed-eared oryx, and ashy starlings. Tarangire also has the highest density of elephants in northern Tanzania.
• Enjoy lunch at a picnic site and continue your game drive.

Day 3: Tarangire to Lake Manyara National Park

• After breakfast, depart for Lake Manyara National Park, arriving in time for lunch at the lodge.
• Explore the park, famous for its tree-climbing lions, elephants, and hippos. Lake Manyara is an alkaline lake hosting thousands of flamingos and diverse birdlife. The Rift Valley escarpment provides a spectacular backdrop to the park.

Day 4: Lake Manyara National Park to Lake Eyasi

• After breakfast, drive to the shores of Lake Eyasi, home to the nomadic Hadzabe Bushmen and the Nilotic-speaking Datoga tribe.
• Visit their homesteads and learn about their way of life, including animal tracking and medicinal plants. You may also spot some wildlife and various bird species around the lake.

Day 5: Lake Eyasi to Serengeti National Park

• After breakfast, drive to Serengeti National Park via the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Descend into the Serengeti, known for its endless plains and abundant wildlife.
• Head to the central Seronera area, rich in wildlife due to the Seronera River. Enjoy an afternoon game drive after arriving in time for lunch.

Day 6: Serengeti National Park

• Spend another day in the Serengeti, rising early to maximize your time. Your guide will select the best spots for wildlife viewing, depending on the season. Watch hippos at the Hippo Pool, lion prides, and the great migration, surrounded by wildebeest and zebras.
• In the afternoon, drive to northern Serengeti.

Day 7: Northern Serengeti National Park

• After breakfast, follow the great migration at Mara River with a game drive along the river and other interesting spots in the north.

Day 8: Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater

• After breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive. The crater is home to around 30,000 animals, including Tanzania’s last remaining black rhino. Enjoy the stunning scenery and the diverse wildlife.
• After a picnic lunch in the crater, travel back to Arusha, concluding your safari adventure.
