Tour Program

Day 1: Arrive in Zanzibar

• On arrival in Zanzibar, you will be met by our representative and transferred to Mtoni Marine Hotel.
• Overnight at Mtoni Marine Hotel. (Dinner is at the client’s own discretion.)

Day 2: Zanzibar Stone Town Tour

• After breakfast, commence the Stone Town tour. This 2-hour tour will take you to the most scenic parts of the Old Town, the cultural heart of Zanzibar.
• Our experienced guides will share the rich history of the Island as you explore the narrow streets filled with magic and mystery.
• Visit the former site of the slave market, the Cathedral Church of Christ, the Sultan’s palace, and more.
• Overnight and breakfast at Mtoni Marine Hotel.

Day 3: Zanzibar Spice Tour

• After breakfast, transfer to Kizimbani Village for the Spice Tour. Experience the scents of cloves and other tropical aromatic plants introduced by the Oman Arabs over the last two centuries.
• Our knowledgeable guides will lead you through the spice gardens where you can taste and purchase spices.
• Later, drive to the North East Coast and check in at Zamani Kempinski.
• Overnight at Zamani Kempinski.

Day 4: Day on the Beach

• Spend the day enjoying the beaches of the East Coast and experiencing the Swahili way of living or relaxing at the resort’s swimming pool.
• Breakfast, dinner, and overnight at Melia Zanzibar Hotel.

Day 5: Walking in Jozani Forest, Zanzibar

• After breakfast, visit Jozani Forest for a half-day tour. This forest is one of the last remaining sanctuaries of the red colobus monkey.
• Enjoy photo opportunities and sightings of these rare creatures on the forest pathways.
• After lunch, transfer back to Melia Zanzibar for overnight.
• Overnight at Melia Zanzibar

Day 6: Relax at Melia Zanzibar

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Enjoy a full day at leisure.
• Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 7: Departure from Zanzibar

• After breakfast, check out and transfer to Zanzibar Airport for your departure flight.
• End of the 7-day Zanzibar Beach Holiday.
